Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original accessories and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • Damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Certain personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges
To exchange:

  1. Request a return
  2. Wait for approval
  3. Place a new order

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

This is in addition to the 30-day return policy.


6. Refunds
You’ll be notified after inspection.

If approved:

  • Refund issued within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary by bank

Lifetime Warranty (Defects Only)

We offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects.

1. What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Functional/electronic failures under normal use

We may:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Offer another solution

Valid only with proof of purchase from authorized sellers.


2. What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage beyond rating
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Unauthorized or second-hand purchases

3. Warranty Claim Process

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name/model
  • Description of issue
  • Photos/videos

We may request the product for inspection before approval.


4. Duration of Warranty
“Lifetime” = expected usable life of the product or as long as it’s supported (whichever is shorter).


5. Returns vs Warranty

  • Within 30 days:
    • Unused → refund
    • Defective → replacement/refund
  • After 30 days:
    • No refunds
    • Defects → repair/replacement under warranty
